What is Sage?
Sage is GoPantri's built-in assistant. Tell it what you need — in a list or in your own words — and it builds a shopping plan, finds prices at nearby stores, and learns your household over time. Sage is an AI assistant and can make mistakes; you can report any response from within the chat.
How does GoPantri find prices?
GoPantri compares prices at grocery stores near your location using retailer pricing data, then builds a plan around the stores you can actually get to. You choose your store preferences and shopping radius.
How is my information handled?
We explain exactly what we collect and how it's used in our Privacy Policy. Your health, allergy, dietary, and children's information is never sold, and you control whether your shopping data is shared with grocery partners using the opt-in / opt-out toggles in the app.
How do I export or delete my data?
Open your profile in the app to download your data, delete specific categories, or delete your entire account. Deleting your account removes your personal data from our active systems. Need help? Email us at support@gopantri.app.
Does GoPantri apply store discounts automatically?
No. If you tell us you may qualify for a discount (senior, veteran, first responder, teacher, student, nurse, or store employee), we remind you to verify and ask at the store. GoPantri never asserts your status to a retailer or applies a discount on its own.
Is GoPantri medical or dietary advice?
No. Health and dietary settings help tailor grocery suggestions (like flagging lower-sodium options) — that's awareness to help you shop, not medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional for medical guidance.
